If you are a freelancer designer or developer and you are looking for a comprehensive suite of tools for online invoicing, time tracking, payment tracking, sending estimates and client management, I suggest you to try Ronin, a powerful web-based application that helps you to take your business to the next level.
The only thing you have to do in order to use Ronin is to create a new profile choosing the free plan or buying an advanced plan at an affordable price. The Ronin interface is clean and really simple to use. You can quickly create new projects and, for each of them, add user and client profiles with which you can interact along the entire lifecycle of your projects. All profiles in fact are complete with activity log of past project items and comments.
Invoices are fully customizable using HTML and CSS so you are no longer restricted to select few from a predefined gallery. Professional Plan allow you to get PayPal and Authorize.Net integration, so your clients can pay you directly on-line after receiving your invoices. For all features I suggest you to take a look at the official Ronin web page. Absolutely to try!

Nice.. as MAC user, there have been little to no good options for billing and collections and time tracking, all bundled into one. It’s good to see someone offering a good product for this.

Ronin does look great.
If you wanted to add a chunk of project management, business management, accounting functionality, even website and ecommerce options into the mix, then Moobiz http://www.moobiz.com is well worth a look…

I have used invoicedude for a while, but I didn’t really need it all that much so I stopped. It worked well and fulfilled my need. The fact that it is free is a great thing for small businesses, every dollar counts.
